This project will serve as your final exam for the Social Media Design class. You are expected to adhere to the specific instructions for the project. For this project, you will apply all the essential components of a social media strategy we have studied in this class to create your own campaign that you will be able to use in your portfolio.
Your team (the group you have been working with thus far) will create a social media campaign for a real-world client. Your client is the brand or organization you have been working with throughout the semester. While they do not have to use your project, I would highly recommend you choose a client that would benefit from your help as much as you will benefit from the opportunity to work with them. It will enhance your professional portfolio.
For your project and presentations, you will create an entire social media campaign proposal for a hypothetical client, uniquely crafted to support their brand and needs. Your proposal must include these sections:
1. SWOT Analysis
2. Goals and Objectives with established KPIs
3. Strategy Map
4. Content strategy
5. Content Calendar/Schedule
6. Implementation
7. Monitoring and Evaluation
While you won’t be able to launch the campaign to have the specific data in the evaluation section, you are required to include the exact KPIs (key performance indicators) you will measure to determine the potential impact of the campaign.
Your team will have a 30-minute period assigned to them. Groups will have a total of 20 minutes to make the presentation and then answer questions for 10 minutes. Your total presentation will last for 30minutes.
