The Department of Media and Communication at East Tennessee State University provides students with industry-first experiential education and real-world experience for graduate and undergraduate students. The Department offers graduate and undergraduate programs in Digital Marketing, Brand and Media Strategy, Journalism, Advertising & Public Relations, and Radio, Television & Film production.
I worked directly with the department's chair and media team to plan and execute a content strategy to drive social media campaigns to recruit graduate and undergraduate students for the 2020 academic year. I produced engaging videos and graphic content for the department's social media and website. I also worked with a team from Adobe to produce the department's main video promo.
As part of the department's initiative to connect with students, I worked with the chair to launch a brand storytelling campaign that highlighted student activities and the department's unique value propositions. I produced video content that featured student spotlights, alumni success stories, and departmental events and activities.
